Getting Started

How do I start playing?

Download Creature Clash from the App Store, open the app, and you'll receive your first egg right away! Complete the tutorial to learn the basics of hatching, collecting, and battling.

Do I need an account to play?

No! You can play immediately without creating an account. However, we recommend signing in to back up your progress and access social features like trading.

Is the game free to play?

Yes! Creature Clash is free to download and play. We offer optional in-app purchases for energy packs and special bundles, but you can enjoy the full game without spending money.

Gameplay

How does the energy system work?

Energy is used to start zone runs. You get 5 energy to start, and it regenerates over time. You can also purchase energy packs if you want to play more right away.

How do I evolve my creatures?

Creatures evolve when they reach certain bond levels. Win battles with your creature to increase their bond. When ready, you'll see an "Evolve" button on the creature's detail screen.

What are the elemental advantages?

Fire beats Nature, Nature beats Water, Water beats Fire, and Stone is neutral against all. Using creatures with type advantages deals bonus damage!

How do I get more eggs?

Eggs can be earned by defeating zone bosses, crafted using zone crystals in the Hatchery, or obtained through special events and bundles.

How do I request a refund?

Refunds are handled by Apple (iOS) or Google (Android). To request a refund:

How do I cancel my Champion's Pass subscription?

Subscriptions are managed through your device settings:

  • iOS: Settings > [Your Name] > Subscriptions > Creature Clash
  • Android: Google Play > Menu > Subscriptions > Creature Clash

Cancel at least 24 hours before your renewal date to avoid being charged.

I purchased something but didn't receive it!

First, try restarting the app. If the item still doesn't appear, tap the "Restore Purchases" button in the Shop. If that doesn't work, please contact us with your purchase receipt.

Account & Data

How do I back up my progress?

Sign in with your Apple ID or email to automatically back up your progress to the cloud. Your data syncs automatically when you play.

Can I play on multiple devices?

Yes! Sign in with the same account on each device to sync your progress. Note that you can only be logged in on one device at a time.

How do I delete my account and data?

To delete your account and all associated data, please email us at Brandon@cyberward.games with the subject "Account Deletion Request". Include your Friend Code or account email. We will process your request within 30 days.

Technical Issues

The app is crashing or freezing

Try these steps:

  1. Close and restart the app
  2. Make sure your device has the latest OS updates
  3. Check for app updates in the App Store
  4. Restart your device
  5. Reinstall the app (your progress is saved if you're signed in)

If issues persist, contact us with your device model and iOS/Android version.
